    Genoma Laboratory has become an affirmed reality in the Italian National Health panorama after six years
of activity. Genoma is the result of an innovative project and a new method of interpreting the activity of a laboratory:
a Diagnostic Center highly specialized in Genetics and Molecular Biology that provides qualified support to laboratories,
medical centers, private specialists and patients.

    Operating since 1998, Genoma has made the use of the most modern and technologically advanced instrumentation
its strong point: as scientific progress is made and new diagnostic needs emerge, it remains constantly up to date by
using sophisticated analytical and innovative methods. Thanks to the precious contribution of an independent Research
Section, whose activity involves chiefly the study and realization of new molecular diagnostic tests and techniques,

    Genoma offers an articulated diversification of services - among the most complete in our country - which enable
the Center to provide continuously innovative diagnostic solutions for patients. It is able to respond to the major part
of new diagnostic needs. These features have made it possible for Genoma to become one of the most qualified centers in
the sector of molecular diagnostics, a reference point for many public and private health care structures.

    The amount of work Genoma does is significant and continues to increase: over 35,000 genetic tests, more than
15,000 patient referrals per year and intense collaboration with prestigious national and international research
institutes.

    In 2004, Genoma has geographically extended its diagnostic services as a partner of Global Genetics.

Medimiks Medical Biotechnology Systems & Services Ltd. was founded by Dr. Hakki Kumusoglu in Istanbul,
as a “Molecular Diagnostics” company in 1993. Medimiks services range from molecular diagnostics sales
(hardware & consumables) all the way to turn key laboratory projects including full technical support & training.

In this capacity, Medimiks, in the last ten years, delivered seven turn key molecular biology and genetics laboratory
projects, and provided consultancy & material support to fourteen labs in different sizes. Starting in 2000, Medimiks
also started to distribute Vysis Genomic Technology Company’s products in Turkey. Currently, Medimiks is the market
leader of FISH products in Turkey with 90% market share, and is the number one distributor of “pre-implantation genetic
diagnosis (PGD)” probes in Europe and Middle East.
   
    ATL R&D Reproductive Biology & Genetics Laboratory was founded by Dr. Moncef BenKhalifa in Paris In 1998.
ATL provides consultancy, technology transfer and training to IVF, andrology, genetics, and molecular biology
laboratories all around the world. ATL, geographically extended its services to the whole Europe as well as Middle East
and North Africa. In 2002, ATL established and validated a new production facility for FISH probes and micro-array
production.
   
    In 2003, ATL and Medimiks decided to merge their companies and formed the two new companies located in
Paris and Istanbul. These companies now work together in the field of biotechnology and provide advanced technology
and complete product mix to IVF and genetics laboratories. The reputation of their services is based upon the quality of
their know-how; from production through to sales and after sales technical support.

    In 2004, ATL-Medimiks has started to provide specialized diagnostic services such as “genome profiling” and
“cancer genetics” as a service partner of Global Genetics.
